On behalf of Michael Caporale, President and CEO of Alside, and the entire Alside family, I would like to thank you for the wonderful assistance you provided us during our 2002 National Sales Conference. As you know, a national sales conference is an ideal forum to bring together 'the team', thank them for their hard work, review expectations, and for want of a better term, make sure that the entire organization is "singing off the same sheet of music" and revved up for the year ahead.

From all initial accounts, our 2002 Sales Conference was very successful. And, we've received many positive comments about your contribution in particular. Your laser work added drama to our 'opener' segment, heightened the mood of our 'lists' segment, and really brought things home during our 'yearbook' segment.

I've seen three Pink Floyd concerts (the classic laser show by which others are judged), and in my opinion the Yearbook laser work was the finest I've ever seen . . . seamless, powerful, controlled, elegant.
